Classification
A:Heat resistant Ⅰ model
it is suitable for conveying materials whose temperature is not more than 100 C and the maximum short-time operation is no more than 150 ℃.
B:Heat resistant Ⅱ model
lt is suitable for conveying materials whose temperature is no more than 125 C and the maximum short-term operation is no more than 170℃.
C:Heat resistant Ⅲ model
it is suitable for conveying materials whose temperature is no more than 150 "C and the maximum short-time operation is no more than 180℃.
D:Heat resistant Ⅳ model
It is suitable for conveying materials whose temperature is no more than 175 C and the maximum short-term operation is no more than 200℃.
Matters needing attention
A. Prevent the idler from being covered by materials, resulting in poor rotation and material leakage within its workinghours, which is stuck between the drum and the belt, and pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part.
B.Try to avoid the load start of heat-resistant conveyor belt.
C. If the tape deviates, take measures to correct it in time.
D. In case of local damage of the tape, it shall be repaired or replaced in time to avoid expansion.
E. Prevent the tape from being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material to prevent breaking, collision and tearing
